Express Soirée pickups can often be fulfilled with less notice – but popular weekends fill fast and your color options are limited to what we have in stock.
Since we use our in-stock inventory for last-minute bookings, shorter timelines may limit your accent options as well. If you have a specific palette in mind, the more notice, the better.
Do you offer pickup options?
Yes! Our Express Soirée garlands are available for pickup in Fairfield, IA. These are pre-built and ready to hang, with simple instructions included. Pickup slots are limited, so reserve early.
What’s included in your full-service installs?
We handle everything from design to teardown. That includes curated color palettes, full delivery and installation, and thoughtful placement to make your décor shine. Rentals like arches or circle backdrops can be added to elevate the design.
Can I customize the colors or theme?
Absolutely! We specialize in tailored palettes to match your vision. We work with professional-grade balloons. Once you tell us your theme and color inspirations we will send you a Palette Options document where you can select a palette from 2-5 options.
How do I reserve my date?
A signed contract and 50% booking fee are required to hold your spot. Final payment is due one week before your event. We’ll send a personalized Soirée Style Summary before anything is official.
What if I’m not sure what I want yet?
Start by filling out our contact form. From there, we’ll guide you through options and curate ideas that fit your event.
Do you charge travel fees?
We offer free travel within 15 miles of Fairfield, Iowa.
For events 16-20 miles away, there’s a $10 flat fee.
For locations 21+ miles out, travel is billed at $0.50/mile.
All travel fees will be clearly included in your initial quote – no surprises!
What’s your cancellation policy?
Booking fees are non-refundable, as we begin planning and sourcing materials immediately. If you need to reschedule due to weather, illness, or emergency, we’ll work you to find a new date whenever possible.
Can I reuse my garland?
Our garlands are designed for single-use events, but you’re free to enjoy them longer if you’d like! Depending on the environment, some designs hold us beautifully for several days – or even weeks. We can’t guarantee the look or shape beyond setup, but we’re happy to share tips for safe handling and display.
Can I post photos from my event?
Yes, please do! We love seeing your joy. Tag us @soarinsoiree and we may feature your event on our page. By booking, you also grant Soarin’ Soirée permission to photograph and share our work unless you request otherwise.
Do you offer balloon arches, columns, or number displays?
Yes! We create organic arches, columns, number toppers and custom installs. These can be added to any package or built as a stand-alone install.
Are your backdrops available for rent without balloons?
Not at this time. All rentals are reserved for clients booking balloon décor to ensure availability and styling cohesion.
